We respect your privacy: When you submit your personal contact information through this website, Blissful Living, LLC and High Performance Speaking Training and Consulting, will not sell or rent your data to other companies. We will not share your personal information with other companies, unless it's necessary in order to complete a transaction that you've initiated.

General Usage Tracking -  When you visit this website, we do not collect personally-identifiable information from your computer.

Mailing List - When you add your name to our mailing list, we will not sell, rent or share your information with other companies without your permission. We will not bombard you with junk mail.

Removing Your Name From Mailing List: Just use the Unsubscribe portion at the bottom of the page on your recent e-mail. We will update our records promptly and stop sending you emails.

Terms and Conditions
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation or rescheduling appointments with less than 24 hours notice will incur a minimum one-hour service charge, depending on the amount of time allocated for the appointment.
 
Payment:  Payment in full is expected prior to or at the time of service. No charge and discounted items become chargeable if payment is late.  Returned checks result in a $35 returned check charge plus the discount given if paid at time of service, if applicable. All legal expenses incurred in the collection of unpaid invoices, including filing and attorney fees, are the responsibility of the Client.
 
Rates:  Rates are subject to change. After payment has been received,  Coaching on weekends, evenings and holidays may incur additional charges.

Confidentiality:  The Coach will treat all personal and business information shared with the client as proprietary, privileged and confidential.
Limitation of Liability: Blissful Living, LLC, High Performance Speaking Training and Consulting and AmondaRose Igoe shall not be liable to Client in any way for any losses including, but not limited to, loss of business, loss of income, loss of data, or costs due to mistakes, interruptions, delays, or otherwise occurring in the course of furnishing coaching services. Coach is only rendering an opinion and will not be held liable for any loss the client may incur resulting from any session.  

Attorney’s Fees:  If either party to this Agreement shall bring a cause of action against the other party the prevailing party shall recover reasonable attorney’s fees involved.

Relationship Disclaimer:  Client has been made aware that the relationship with the Coach and the practice of Coaching is in no way to be constructed as counseling in Psychological, Medical, Legal or any type of Therapy.  In the event the Client feels the need for any of the above, it is the responsibility of the Client to seek such professional(s) and as Client deems necessary. 

Indemnification: Client shall indemnify AmondaRose Igoe, Blissful Living, LLC and High Performance Speaking Training and Consulting and hold harmless from, all liabilities, claims, demands, costs, judgments (including reasonable attorneys' fees), and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the service caused by the negligence, willful misconduct, or failure to adhere to recommendations made by Amonda Rose Igoe and Blissful Living, LLC, to Client or Client's employees, agents, or invitees.

Force Majeure: AmondaRose Igoe, Blissful Living, LLC, and High Performance Speaking Training and Consulting, shall not be liable for delays in performing, or failure to perform, services or any obligations hereunder, which are directly attributable to causes beyond our reasonable control including, but not limited to, acts of God, fires, strikes, war, or acts of intervention of any governmental authority. We will use good faith efforts to minimize the effect of such delays.
